Our detailed booking terms and conditions are outlined below. If you have any further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please feel free to contact us.

The contact details, number of people, and purpose of the event must be provided upon to make a booking or inquiry event at our restaurants, as those information will be confirmed thoroughly also to answer your questions regarding the event via phone calls.

Booking procedures

The booking event will be available a week before the actual day. If a custom theme is preferrable, the booking will be suggested to made in advance two weeks before the event. You are also welcomed to pay a visit to our Duchess Cafe before confirming the event booking.


A deposit is required once the booking is confirmed. After the deposit is given, it will be nonrefundable. Payment can be made online or paying by cash at the store.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders will not be accepted, as the event will be put in preparation progress immediately once the order is confirmed. Hence, themes, food materials, and decorations have all been purchased. If you still insist on canceling, you will still need to make full payment.

Event Time & Date

The time of the event has two options, which are 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. We do accept the booking order to organize the event during most of the public holidays. If you would like to confirm the availability of the actual event on the day you choose, you can reach us via WhatsApp, mail, or through booking and inquiry form.

Food Safety and Allergens

Our menu offers food and beverages to choose. If your family and friends are having an allergy to any food or vegetarian, please do inform us in advance. We meet most dietary needs and have strict policies for customers with food allergies. Before the event, we are flexible to understand your needs, such as no seafood or peanuts in the food. As all our managers, waiters, chefs, and kitchen staff have received comprehensive training on our allergen policy and are able to answer any question before placing an order.


We have a comprehensive customer and staff policies and procedures in place to protect everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. These include strengthened hygiene and social distancing measures which must be followed accordingly by all customers in accordance with the Government of Malaysia’s guidelines. Customers themselves and the guests included in the booking, must be free from symptoms of Covid-19 when making a booking and visiting Duchess Cafe premises.


We will not disclose the personal details you have provided in order to respect the terms of private and confidential. The reason for collecting this information is due to the convenience of reaching you. We will answer your questions about the event or confirm the order via phone or email.
